Features and uses:

• This series of gantry drilling and milling machines are mainly used in the drilling and milling of parts such as tube sheets, flanges, valves and boxes in the machinery industry, and can automatically complete drilling, tapping, milling and other processes.

• The power head is driven by a spindle servo motor, driven by a precision ball screw, and the balance cylinders are arranged symmetrically on both sides, which greatly improves the stability of the Z-axis movement and the retention of the Z-axis accuracy.

• Spindle taper hole is BT50 structure, with central water outlet function, which can not only perform heavy-duty and powerful cutting, but also suitable for high-speed machining of cemented carbide tools (U-drill).

• The numerical control system adopts GSK980MDi system, LCD Chinese menu, man-machine dialogue programming, convenient operation, practical and reliable.

• The lubrication system adopts the automatic centralized lubrication method, which is controlled by the numerical control system, and performs timing and quantitative lubrication for each lubrication point (such as guide rail, ball screw, etc.), with monitoring and alarm functions.

• Large-flow circulating cooling and filtering system, the two cooling modes of external cooling and high-pressure internal cooling can be switched freely.

• The hat type tool magazine or the manipulator tool magazine, the user can choose the order according to the demand.
